This is the morning kindergarten class, room 2. Taken December 6, 2006

This was taken on December 6th St. Nickalas Day, so all the kids took off one shoe and put it out in the hall in hopes that St. NIck would leave them some treats and sure enough he did!

The above photo is the afternoon class in room 2. The girls are the majority this year... the boys don't seem to mind though! All the kindergarten classes are very bright and like to learn, and they have a good time while learning.

I only help out in room 2 but whenever I have something special to show, like my rock collection or different things from nature like unusual mushrooms or seeds I show them to room 1 also. Room 1 only has classes in the afternoon. Sorry I forgot to include the teacher in the photo. Both of the kindergarten teachers do a great job and the kids all love them.

In 2005-6 Lois and I helped out at Lawson Elementary in Florissant, Tuesday and Wednesdays. Tuesdays I help 2 boys from the first grade. Lois helps out with the morning kindergarten class. On Wednesday we both help out in kindergarten, morning and afternoon. We work with the teacher helping all the kids with their reading, writing and projects. Here are some pictures of our kindergarten class from November 2005, they are all a great bunch of kids!
